What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, and (if you sign in with Google) the basic profile info Google shares.
• Anything you add yourself: listings, photos, phone number, and messages you send to other users.
• Verification uploads, if you choose to verify your phone, email, or ID — used only to check and confirm them.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: showing your listings to other users, delivering your messages, showing a Verified badge once we've confirmed a verification, and keeping the platform working and secure (for example, limiting how fast one account or address can take certain actions).

Who can see it

Your listings and public profile are visible to anyone using Sembuwa. Your phone number is only shown where you've chosen to share it. Messages are only visible to you and the person you're chatting with.

Where it's stored

Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure — your account and listing data in Cloudflare D1, and photos in Cloudflare R2. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Your choices

You can update or remove your listings and account details at any time from your account page.
