You're responsible for what you post — a listing must be accurate, must be something you actually have the right to sell, and must follow the law. We may remove a listing or suspend an account that violates this or otherwise misuses the platform.
Any deal you make with another user — price, payment, delivery, condition of the item — is between the two of you. We strongly recommend following the steps in our Safety centre before you pay for or hand over anything.
Sembuwa is still an early product and these terms may change as it grows. We'll update this page when they do. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
